How to reheat your tortillas

There's nothing better than a tortilla fresh off the comal and still warm. Our tortillas are cooled before packaging, so it's up to you to reheat them. Attached is a link to an article about the best ways to rewarm your tortillas.

If you are using cast iron to reheat, you want to bring the griddle temperature up to 400F-420F or medium/medium high, but don’t necessarily keep it set at medium high. The cast iron will continue to heat and get much hotter than “medium”. Bring the griddle up to temperature and then lower the dial to maintain the proper heat. You'll reheat on one side for 10-15 seconds, then flip for another 10-15 seconds and maybe even a third or fourth flip. There is enough moisture in the tortillas that by the second or third flip, you should notice that the tortillas will puff up with steam pockets..
